Hospital-based Violence Intervention Program (HVIP) by Yale New Haven Hospital

The HVIP connects with victims/survivors of violent crimes while they are under the care of the hospital to provide connection to community-based services with the goal of preventing revictimization.

A partnership between Yale University and the Urban League of Southern Connecticut to provide housing assistance programs and financial education to families of those recently incarcerated and those returning from prison in 6 targeted neighborhoods.
