The Aging Commission is comprised of between 15-21 members.
Members are appointed by the Mayor and must be approved by the Board of Alders. Term for commission membership is (3) three years.
The commission works on all matters related to addressing problems confronting seniors. This body shall be responsible for the study of the conditions, needs and major problems of seniors as they relate to housing, education, recreation and similar pursuits.
