Mayor Justin Elicker has declared Monday, September 2^nd, 2024 as the New Haven Labor Day Road Race Festival.  

There will be multiple road closures along the route for the duration of the race including the closure of Temple street between Elm and Chapel Street from 5am to 4pm.  The route will be posted for No Parking which shall begin at 4am.  For the entire list of closures please review the course map. Some adjacent streets and intersections may have secondary closures but will remain open to local traffic.

In accordance with Section 17-11.11 of the New Haven Code of Ordinances Street vendors will not be allowed to set up adjacent to the Green on September 2^nd, 2024 from 5am to 4pm during the hours of the festival.
