Long Wharf Pier is home to the historic schooner replica "Amistad". Discovering Amistad provides public and private sails and tours throughout the season.
Long Wharf Pier is also home of the historic schooner "Quinnipiack". Schooner Inc. provides seasonal public and private sails on the historic Quinnipiack and marine environmental programs for schools and organizations.

The City of New Haven requires a certificate of insurance prior to admission at Long Wharf Pier which meets the requirements in the document provided. Click for Insurance template.
A 50% deposit is required prior to vessel arrival. The balance due upon arrival. All fee's are payable to the City of New Haven. Credit cards Visa/Master Card are excepted or cashier's check.
Dock Policy
Owners/crew members may work onboard the vessel only. In no instance shall any Owner/sub-contractor/crew members be allowed to work outside of the vessel without prior specific permission of the Dock Master, City of New Haven.
No service or maintenance work is allowed by owners/sub-contractor at the pier without the express consent and permission of the Dock Master, City of New Haven.
Owners/crew members shall be subject to all Health and Safety (OSHA) regulations.
No vehicles are allowed on the pier. No refueling at the pier.
