The New Haven Fire Department operates a state-of-the-art apparatus maintenance and repair facility. Located at 230 Boulevard, civilian mechanics repair, maintain and refurbish the entire departments inventory of fire and rescue apparatus and support vehicles. This division also operates the departments mask service unit.
Apparatus Maintenance personnel are among some of the best in the business. The mechanics EVT certified.
